Morrie Alexander’s The Raven and the Salmon Lady

 

This legend pole, carved from cedar, stands in front of the John Stanford Center at the corner of South Lander Street and 3rd Avenue South. It was a gift from the Lummi master carver, Morrie Alexander (1915—1973).
