Find “Travelling With Out Movement” between 3rd and 4th Avenues on James Street on the temporary fence around the construction site for the Civic SquareHebru Brantley often creates optimistic murals featuring brave children. The Tuskegee Airmen inspired Brantley’s Fly Boy and Fly Girl characters.
